Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

MP Research is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather events
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Order Tracking

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once an order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

MP Research is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or reshipped packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.

If a package is lost in transit, customers should first contact the carrier to initiate a claim.

MP Research will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving shipping issues.

MP Research is not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are encouraged to use secure delivery locations whenever possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Description of the damage

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

Shipping Restrictions

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all local laws and regulations applicable to their location.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import restrictions imposed by their country.

MP Research is not responsible for packages delayed, seized, or rejected by customs authorities.
