Order Issues and Complaints
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Order number
- Product name(s)
- Lot or batch number (if applicable)
- Description of the issue
- Photographs of the product and packaging when available
Each complaint is reviewed individually by our quality team.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the package, shipping label, and product to assist in our investigation.
If verified, MP Research may, at its discretion:
- Replace the item;
- Issue store credit; or
- Provide a refund to the original payment method.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and quality control standards, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used items.
Unopened products in their original condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for financial institutions to complete processing.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of shipping error or confirmed product defect.
