Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Review your order before submitting

Research materials may be subject to chain-of-custody, storage, and handling limitations. Please confirm the product, quantity, shipping address, and research-use eligibility before completing checkout.

Cancellations

Contact info@mitoprimeresearch.com promptly with your order number if you need to request cancellation. We may cancel an order that has not entered fulfillment. A special-order item may become non-cancellable after procurement or preparation has begun if that limitation was disclosed before purchase. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing starts or after a shipping label or delivery route has been created.

Returns

Because we cannot verify storage, handling, or chain of custody after shipment, products are generally not eligible for return once shipped. Do not send a return without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Incorrect, missing, or damaged items

Contact us within seven days after delivery if an item is incorrect, missing, or visibly damaged. Include the order number, affected item, shipping label, exterior packaging, and clear photographs when applicable. Keep the product and packaging until the review is complete.

After review, we may provide an appropriate remedy such as replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund. The remedy depends on the circumstances, available inventory, and applicable law. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Lost or delayed shipments

Contact us if tracking shows an exception, an extended delay, or delivery that you cannot locate. We may ask you to confirm the address, check with household members or the delivery location, and cooperate with a carrier investigation. A carrier scan alone does not prevent us from reviewing a timely, good-faith claim.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Manual payment methods may require a reasonable alternative refund method and identity or transaction verification. Financial institutions may take 5–10 business days after issuance to post a refund. Original shipping charges are refunded when required by law or when we confirm that the refund resulted from our fulfillment error.
