Purchaser Agreement
- Purchaser certifies that products will be used only for lawful in-vitro or laboratory research by qualified personnel.
- Purchaser will not use products for human or veterinary administration, self-experimentation, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, prevention, or clinical decision-making.
- Purchaser will not resell, transfer, relabel, compound, or market products for any prohibited or consumer use.
- Purchaser is responsible for reviewing COAs, SDSs, labels, hazards, storage requirements, and applicable laws before use.
- Purchaser agrees that orders may be held or cancelled pending verification of identity, institution, payment, destination, or lawful use.
