What does MP Research supply?
MP Research supplies research-use-only materials to qualified laboratory purchasers. Products are not offered for human or veterinary use.
Can you provide dosing, reconstitution, administration, or personal-use guidance?
No. We do not provide dosing, cycling, reconstitution, injection, administration, treatment, diagnostic, or personal-use instructions.
How do I request a Certificate of Analysis?
Certificates of Analysis are maintained as part of our quality assurance program and are available upon request for the applicable product and lot. Contact MP Research with the product name and lot number. Include your SKU and order number when available.
Can I order an out-of-stock variant?
No. A variant shown as out of stock cannot be ordered until it is restocked.
Can I cancel an order?
Contact us promptly with your order number. We may cancel an order that has not entered processing, but cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
What if an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged?
Use the Contact page within seven days after delivery. Include your order number, the affected item, photographs when applicable, and retain the item and packaging while we review the request.
Can products be returned?
Because storage, handling, and chain of custody cannot be verified after shipment, products are generally not eligible for return once shipped. Do not send a return without written authorization. See the Refund and Returns Policy for details.
