Product Description
SS-31, also known as elamipretide, is a synthetic four-residue peptide with the sequence D-Arg-2′,6′-dimethyltyrosine-Lys-Phe-NH2. Its structure combines basic and aromatic residues with an amidated C terminus. SS-31 is studied in cardiolipin interactions, mitochondrial membrane organization, and electron-transport biochemistry.
